Cancellation And Refund Policy

1.1 Tour Packages:

  • Cancellation by Client:
  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits and administrative fees.
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  •  Cancellation by Goearth Tours Pvt Ltd:
  • If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
1.2 Hotel Bookings:
  • Cancellation by Client:
  • More than 7 days before check-in date: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits and administrative fees.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in date: No refund.
  • Cancellation by Goearth Tours Pvt Ltd:
  • If we cancel a hotel booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund 1.3 Flight Bookings:
  • Refunds for flight cancellations will be subject to the airline’s policies. Administrative fees may apply
  •  To request a refund, please contact us via email at info@goearthtours.com or call us at +91 9446668007. Provide your booking reference number, details of the services booked, and the reason for cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval of your request.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Service
  •  Non-refundable deposits.
  • Fees for visa processing.
  •  Certain promotional offers or discounts.
