Service Description
  • Book online a comfortable cab for your out-station Kerala tour, starting from Cochin Airport.
  • Secure your booking with just an advance deposit of One day Charge and the rest payable during the tour.
  • The cab will have an overhead carrier (depends upon the number of Pax), in that case you can hold luggage on carrier and use the cabin for comfortable travel.
  • Toll, parking, inter-state permits if any are additional payable.
  • The price includes driver overnight allowances and Driver Bata.
  • The cab can be booked for a maximum of permitted seating capacity traveling together.
  • The pickup location will be calculated as Cochin Airport. The kilometre considered and price is based on arrival and departure from Cochin Airport.
  • It would be Per day blocked for 100 kilometres, cab can be used from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Cumulative additional kilometre charged as per kilometre.
  • The price includes car hire charges, fuel, driver overnight allowances and Bata.
  • The price does not include Tolls, permits and parking charges if any.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.
  • In case the tour ends elsewhere other than Cochin airport, the additional kilometres to Cochin Airport would be charged additionally.
  • The cab can be booked for a maximum of permitted seating capacity traveling together.
  • Driver’s working hours: The drive’s typical duty is from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you need service outside these hours, it would be the discretion of the driver and an addition of INR 500 is payable per hour.
  • This extra charge doesn’t apply to emergency pickups or airport arrivals/departures.
  • Please ensure the driver gets adequate rest for everyone’s safety.

Cleanliness

  • If anyone vomits inside the taxi, a cleaning fee of Rs. 600 to Rs. 1,000 will be charged for small cabs and for Rs 1500 to Rs 2000 will be charged for traveler and buses.
  • You can pay this directly at a nearby service center.
  • Please carry plastic bags or carry required medication in case of motion sickness.

Air Conditioning

  • Air conditioning will be operational only in a moving cab.
  • Air conditioning will not be operational while waiting or when the cab is idle.
  • Hotels and resorts should provide parking and restrooms for drivers.
  • If these aren’t available, you may need to cover the cost of nearby pay-and-park facilities or accommodation for the driver (this applies to packages that include the cab). 
  • Please use seat belts throughout your journey.
  • Open and close doors gently.
  • Avoid stepping on the seats or the back of the front seats.
  • Food, drinks, alcohol, and smoking are not allowed inside the taxi.
  • The taxi cannot be used for off-road driving.
  • Please don’t allow children to sit in the front seat.
  • Make sure everyone is dry and sand-free before entering the taxi after visiting beaches or waterfalls to avoid damaging the seats and flooring.
  • The taxi operator and driver are not responsible for delays or changes to your plans, or for expenses caused by unforeseen events like natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, illness.
